Difference Makers
& Culture Champion’s programs

How do you amplify the talent in your organization? We’ve completed a multi-year research project to understand the mindset and behaviors of individuals who have little to no formal authority, but have driven highly impactful, enterprise-level change. We call these people Difference Makers, and we have a program that identifies and supports them as they develop transformational projects that innovate their organizations. We also offer coaching to the line managers of those Difference Makers.

Culture Champions are those people within teams who ‘get’ the culture. They are the early adopters and often the ‘go to’ individuals that others look to for role modelling. Once given the permission, they become the guardians of a sustained culture. Their role encompasses feedback loops, measurement, recognition and celebration. We work with leaders to identify Culture Champions and then, with them, explore the parameters of their roles.
